At Egemstudio, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchased jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at nazlah@egemstudio.com
- We'll send you a prepaid return label via email
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Ship it back using the prepaid label
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original, unworn condition
- Must include original packaging (if applicable)
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Must have proof of purchase (order number)
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive 100% of your purchase price (excluding original shipping)
- Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or one-of-a-kind (clearly noted on product page)
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Items returned after 30 days
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item:
- Return your original purchase for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you'd like
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at nazlah@egemstudio.com with photos
- We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
- No need to wait - we'll prioritize your case!
